Payouts are processed in 3 business days in Canada, and 2 business days in the US and Australia. The very first payout can take up to seven business days due to initial security checks. 

Yes, once eligible. Accounts with a strong processing history with CPOS PAY can request Instant Payouts by contacting support@cpos.com 

• Free Plan: Maximum $250 per transaction.

• Pro Plan: There is a maximum of $1000 per transaction. However, it depends on the customer's bank; some banks limit Tap to Pay transactions to $250 on physical cards, where Google Pay and Apple Pay may work up to $1000.

Yes. CPOS PAY is fully compatible with Android.

Mostly yes. To use the app, your phone must have NFC enabled and run iOS 15.1 or Android 10 or later. For security, your device must be GMS certified and cannot be rooted or have "Developer Options" turned on. 

If you have faced problems with your device being unsupported, common causes for this error include:

• NFC is disabled: Ensure NFC is turned on in your settings.
• Outdated OS: Make sure your phone's software is fully updated.
• Developer Mode: Having "Developer Options" enabled can sometimes block the app for security.

Rather than manual entry, you can generate an invoice link that allows the client to securely complete the payment themselves.
