I am really happy with the step by step tutorial by "Bhargavi Yadav" in order to use CPOS handheld terminal. At age 61, sometimes tech related things could get bit puzzling. After repeated calls from other merchant service providers it was Brandon Fong that got our restaurant to switch to CPOS. He made the effort to come in and speak with us face to face and took the time to go over our statements. Brandon explained what fees we were paying to moneris and showed us how he could save our business hundreds of dollars a month. This was one of the best customer experiences I’ve had dealing with a service provider. The other nice part I found was that he didn’t just stop when he signed us up, there have been a few follow ups, both in person and phone calls asking if we’ve questions about the terminals and inquired about how the change over process is going so far. I’ve recommended him to a few friends that own small businesses in hopes he is able to help them out as much as he has for us.
